MISSION STATEMENT
Casa Shira is dedicated to providing the highest quality home-style accommoctions,
while visitors experience emersion in the natural and cultural beauties
of the un-spoiled fishing village community, Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico.
In so doing, we are committed to respecting our Mexican hosts in every
regard, paying fair and equitable wages for fair work, and guarding the
integrity of the natural envoronment.
PRICING
Casa Shira pricing is based upon High Season
(9/1 to 5/31) and Low Season (6/1 to 8/31) rates.
Rates further contingent upon rental including Main and Guest Houses,
or is Main House alone.
**Please note: To insure privacy of Main House clients, Guest
House will never be rented seperately.
RESERVATIONS
We have a simple procedure:
- Once you've decided dates, please e-mail, phone, or fax for availability.
We will discuss your needs, and the available options, and make final
pricing arrangements.
- Upon making your decision, please immediately confirm by email, phone
or fax. I'll hold the space while drafting and executing your rental agreement,
which I will fax or mail to you immediately.
- When you receive agreement, execute your portion and immediately return
it along with your check for at least fifty percent of the total rental
amount, plus the security deposit of $200.00.
The deposit will be returned to you by check within five days of your
vacating Casa Shira.
Please make checks payable to Villa Casa Shira.
- Upon receipt of your check I will mail or email Fact Sheets, location
maps, and other materials detailing villa operations, surroundings, interest
points, local services, as well as Nayarit tourist office flyers and interesting
pamphlets.
- The balance of your payment is due no later than 45 days prior to your
arrival. When received I will send final Welcoming Instructions on the
specific operation of villa systems you'll need to know. A set of keys
will be provided by staff upon arrival, and must be returned before departure.
Frequently, once in Sayulita, our guests don't want to leave! So plan
to be hypnotized,...and stay a while. Remember, if Casa Shira is booked,
I can give you other great options, each with its own special ambiance
and style.
