An efficiently running, well maintained home, with backups and contingency plans, on-call tradesmen familiar with our systems, and if needed immediate owner input- in remote Mexico, where you need them most- is unheard of, and rental nightmares frequently spoil a well earned trip.

Upon arrival you'll find the interiors sparkling clean and bug free, linen crisp, the pool crystalline, gas cylinders full, refrigerator chilled, Swiss drinking water filtration, lawns freshly clipped, flowers blooming, fruit hanging succulent from our trees,......and fresh rice, beans, salsa, and tortillas cooling off on the stove.
